RELIABLE CONTROL OF SCREW TIGHTENING PROCESS & TORQUE TN301 controller monitors driver motor current, voltage and rpm. It controls screw tightening process and torque in real-time, for best repeatability of torque applied to the joint, regardless of joint characteristics and frictional differences in actual applications.
DRIVER IDENTIFICATION TN301 controller, when powered on, automatically recognizes the connected driver model and its particular mechanical characteristics, for output torque adjustment (OTA). A matching of a controller and a driver unit doesn't need to be maintained anymore. The same setting always brings the same result.
EASY UPGRADE BY FLASH ROM TN301 stores its control program in flash ROM. Most of future implementation of optional functions won’t require hardware modification.

BREAKAWAY TORQUE & FIRST MOVEMENT TORQUE MEASUREMENT With Option Pack applied to TN301, a unique command will become available, to measure and evaluate breakaway torque and first movement torque.
MULTI-SPINDLE SYNCHRONIZING CONTROL With SYNC option applied to TN301, it can become a part of a system controlled by MSTC (multi-spindle synchronized screw tightening & reversing controller), for synchronized screw tightening and reversing by two or more TN301 and drivers.
SP EDIT The SP EDIT is an add-on facility which becomes available by applying Option Pack #3 to TN301. This is the most powerful customizing facility. You can customize control parameters for each stage of screw tightening process. The fine-tuning and optimizing of screw tightening process control to a specific application, by SP EDIT, will realize the possible fastest cycle time for the application. It is especially effective for tapping screw application, and also for screw tightening against very soft joint. .
